Great businesses run on great systems. Let's build yours.
Most small businesses run on memory, manual effort, and tools that were never set up to work together. I audit how your operation works, build systems to close the gaps, and keep them running so the right things happen automatically.
30 minutes, an honest look at your operations, no sales pitch.
Every growing business hits the point where manual processes can't keep up.
Leads go cold while you are busy doing everything else
Someone fills out your lead form at 9pm. By the time you see it the next morning, they may have already booked with someone else.
Follow-up only happens when someone remembers to do it
After the appointment, after the close, after the invoice goes out, follow-up gets added to a mental list that never gets done. Clients who may have rebooked disappear. Invoices that should be paid sit open.
Your tools don't talk to each other, so your team does it manually
A new client books, and suddenly three people are involved: someone copies it into the CRM, someone else adds it to a spreadsheet, a third person sends the welcome email. All because no one has connected the systems.
Every new client gets a different experience depending on the day
There is no real onboarding system, and everything's run from a loose checklist. Some clients get a great first impression; others get confused or even churn from a poor experience.
The revenue is already there; it just needs better follow-up
Lapsed clients who would come back if someone reached out. Unsigned contracts sitting in an inbox. Overdue invoices with no reminders being sent.
None of this is a people problem.
It's a systems problem.
How KnightLab works
Diagnose
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute conversation. You walk me through how your business operates, where time gets lost, where things fall through the cracks, where your team is doing work a system should handle. You leave with a clear picture of what to fix, whether you hire me or not.
Build
Once I know what needs targeting, I connect your existing tools so information flows between them automatically and triggers the right actions without anyone doing things by hand. Most clients are live within a week.
Maintain
I monitor, maintain, and improve your systems on an ongoing retainer. Each month you get a brief update showing what ran, what was caught, and what improved. The systems stay current without you having to think about them.
Straightforward pricing. No hourly billing. No surprises.
Most clients are live within a week.

- Three automation workflows, fully built and managed
- Up to 5 connected platforms
- Monthly automated ops report
- One proactive optimization per month
- Up to 2 hours of modifications per month
- Additional workflows available upon request
Additional workflows beyond the three included are available at $750 per workflow, fully built and managed. If you think you will need more than three, please mention it on your audit call.

Real Estate
Leads come in from half a dozen sources and fall through the cracks constantly. Transactions get managed through email threads, review requests never get sent, and nothing happens reliably unless someone manually makes it happen.

Every no-show costs money. Every lapsed client who never got a follow-up is revenue that did not come back. Once the systems are in place, none of that requires anyone to remember to do anything.
Read the guide →Professional Services
Intake is still a stack of emails. Onboarding depends on whoever has bandwidth. Follow-up is inconsistent. In your business, every dropped ball costs a client relationship.
Read the guide →Marketing & Creative Agencies
Most agencies are excellent at client work and operationally chaotic behind the scenes. Onboarding, reporting, invoicing, and lead intake pile up fast when your team is also trying to deliver for clients.

Enterprise experience.
I've spent over a decade building systems in large, complex environments where reliability and scale are not optional. Most automation consultants and freelancers build only what you ask for and move on. I look for what will actually improve how your business runs, not just what's easy to deliver.
Flat monthly pricing with no hidden costs.
Your retainer covers monitoring, maintenance, updates, and included modification hours. No hourly billing or surprise invoices. Anything out of scope gets flagged before work starts.
You own your data.
I build on proven, secure infrastructure. No proprietary platforms, no usage fees, and no lock-in. Everything runs on your own domain under your own brand, and if you ever leave, your data comes with you.
No unnecessary check-ins or status calls.
You get a monthly update showing what ran, what issues were caught, and what improved. Reach out when you need something; there are no mandatory check-ins and no recurring status calls.
Still have questions?
Automation means your software handles repetitive tasks on its own instead of a person doing them by hand. A new lead comes in, the system adds them to your CRM, sends a welcome email, and schedules a follow-up, all without anyone logging in to make it happen. No need to understand how it works; I handle all of the setup and you see the results.
Most freelancers build what you ask for and move on, and most agencies are focused on marketing, not operations. I come in as a business operator first and a technician second, looking for what will actually change how your business runs, not just what is easy to deliver. Everything I build is managed on an ongoing basis, not handed off and forgotten.
I build on a defined stack of proven, enterprise-grade platforms: automation tools, CRMs, booking and calendaring systems, intake forms, e-signatures, and the communication tools your business likely already uses. I work with what you have where possible and recommend only what is genuinely necessary. A full list of supported platforms is available on request.
Yes, I integrate AI as a functional layer inside your systems where it makes sense, to enable capabilities like reading and summarizing information, drafting context-aware messages, or flagging anomalies needing attention. AI is used where it's helpful for a specific problem.
Most clients are live within a week of completing onboarding. The process is: audit call, proposal, signed agreement and setup fee, onboarding form, build, delivery. I do not start building until I have everything I need from you, which keeps the timeline tight on both sides.
Monitoring, maintenance, updates, up to two hours of modifications per month, and a monthly update showing what ran and what improved. If something breaks or a platform update affects your workflows, I handle it. The whole point is that managing these systems is not your job.
Variable platform costs, like text message delivery, bulk email sending, and fees from any third-party services (including AI usage) your automations use, are passed through to you directly and paid from your own accounts. Think of it like an electrician: I build and maintain the system, and the platform costs are your electricity bill. They are typically small, and I will always do my best to estimate these costs for you before building anything.
Most automation attempts fail because they start with the wrong problems to solve, or stop at the build. I only build what is genuinely worth building, starting from a diagnosis of where your business is actually losing time and money. I stay on as an ongoing partner to keep everything running and improving, because a system that gets built and abandoned is not a solution.
